...if your goal is to lose weight change your perspective to wanting to create a healthier lifestyle and start with changing the plate size you use at home or implement not eating your snacks from the bag they came in but instead use a small bowl or cup.
lacking kindness- you can't give to another that which you can't give yourself. I must know and practice and if not learn, to be kind to myself...if I am to be kind to others.
Intention is fuel, it's what guides us into making the choices that we make. Our actions are what we must live with once we make that choice.
